How the Video Message Works
- Tick the checkbox to add the Video Message to your cart.
- Record & upload your video at the checkout (maximum 25 MB).
- We'll generate a unique QR code linked to your video.
- The QR code will be printed on your gift card with a note that you've left a video message.
- The recipient simply scans the QR code to watch your video.
The Video Message is an optional service available for selected gift boxes.
By adding the video message to your cart, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for uploading your own video during checkout.
- If you choose not to upload a video, you may instead include a written gift message.
- Uploaded videos must not exceed 25 MB in file size.
- Supported video formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, M4V, WMV, and MPEG.
- A unique QR code will be generated and included with your gift card/PDF. The recipient can scan this QR code to securely view your uploaded video.
- You confirm that you own the rights to the video and have permission from anyone appearing in it.
- Videos must not contain unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or copyrighted material without the necessary permissions.
- About Giving reserves the right to remove or reject any video that breaches these Terms & Conditions or does not meet the file size or format requirements.
- Once your order has been processed, uploaded videos cannot be edited or replaced unless agreed by About Giving.
- We are not responsible for playback issues caused by the recipient's internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party QR code scanning applications.
- Video files are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering your Video Message.
