Refund and Returns Policy

At About Giving, we strive to meet your expectations in every way. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please email us mail@aboutgiving.co.nz or phone 0800 359 356 within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, replacement or credit. We will respond within two working days with a solution. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases, due to the perishable nature of our goods.
