Lead times depend on the size and complexity of your order. Smaller orders can be dispatched quickly, while custom branding and large-volume orders require more lead time. Christmas orders should ideally be planned as early as possible. We will always do our best to meet your needs no matter how late it is left, so please get in touch.

Absolutely. We are based in Takapuna, Auckland and deliver corporate boxes and hampers throughout New Zealand. We can send multiple gifts to one business address or arrange individual delivery to clients, employees and other recipients around the country

All orders are assigned with a tracking number. To avoid overwhelming your inbox with individual tracking details for each gift, we do not link your email to them. If needed, we can provide you with a spreadsheet containing all the tracking links via email.

  3. We'll generate a unique QR code linked to your video.
  4. The QR code will be printed on your gift card with a note that you've left a video message.
