From Man O’War Waiheke Island, NZ. The 2025 Exiled was sourced from hillside Waiheke vineyards and Ponui Island’s coastal plots. Early hand-picking captured bright acidity and green citrus notes, while later harvests added mandarin, ginger, and hints of noble fruit. The juice was settled overnight, then cool-fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeasts, leaving a touch of residual sugar for balance. Bottled young, it’s an off-dry wine with lively maritime character.

A luminous, aromatic Pinot Gris, Exiled 2025 balances crisp acidity and gentle sweetness. The nose reveals white nectarine, green apple, elderflower, and lime zest over sea-breeze minerality. Juicy and vibrant on the palate, flavours of mandarin peel, honeysuckle, and stone fruit unfold with a fine, mineral edge and a light spritz on the finish. Refreshing, poised, and quietly confident — a standout off-dry white for summer.
