Residual Sugar 2g/L (= dry), Alc 12.7%

The taste: A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is all about minerality and structure. Mouthwatering acidity with cracking flavours of snow-pea and gooseberry and a hint of passionfruit to round off the palate.
